Reporting Care Wash offer a unique data management system (DMS) where we provide online information and reports to the customer, all customers will be given there own secure access login code where you will access through our web site, you will be then be able to view the following information; Stock control, Availability of stock, Volume control, Invoices, Archive reports, this will give customers ongoing up to date information and support which will give you the power in monitoring the effectiveness of the service.
Client Survey Care Wash also provides all customers with regular surveys which can be monthly quarterly or annually subject to your requirements which will cover all monitoring aspects of the service. We work with clients in providing tailored accurate ongoing information.
Client Management Our key element to care wash success is our client management system we have in line; we give all customers an account manager that will deal with all day to day matters.
